Terms of Service
Breadth Edits — DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Breadth Edits (the "Service"), operated by DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us", or "Service Provider"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Breadth Edits, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
2. Account Registration
To access paid features, you must create an account. The following sign-in methods are supported:
- Email & Password — register directly with your email address
- Google — sign in via your Google account (OAuth 2.0)
- Apple — sign in with Apple ID
- GitHub — sign in via your GitHub account (OAuth 2.0)
When using a third-party sign-in provider (Google, Apple, GitHub), your authentication is handled by that provider under their own privacy policy. We only receive the basic profile information you authorise (e.g., email address and display name).
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at contact@breadthedits.com
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Free Credits
New accounts receive 100 free credits (equivalent to 2 promo videos) upon registration. No credit card is required to claim free credits. Free credits:
- Are granted once per account
- Are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Expire 90 days from account creation if unused
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated
4. Credits and Purchases
Breadth Edits operates on a pay-per-video, credit-based model. There are no subscriptions.

- Credits are consumed when a video is successfully generated.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Purchased credits do not expire.
- Payments are processed securely by tiun. We do not store payment card details.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because digital content (video generation) begins immediately upon credit use with your explicit consent, the right of withdrawal does not apply once credits have been consumed.
If you experience a technical failure that results in credits being deducted without a successful video delivery, contact us at contact@breadthedits.com within 7 days. We will review and, at our sole discretion, restore the credits affected.
New users receive 100 free credits to evaluate the Service before making any purchase.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service's AI infrastructure
- Create multiple accounts to abuse free credit allocations
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
- Use automated tools to access the Service in a manner that burdens our infrastructure
We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
7. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the videos generated from them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your prompts and store generated videos for delivery to you.
Our Platform
All trademarks, logos, software, and technology underlying Breadth Edits are the exclusive property of DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti. and its collaborators. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Availability and Limitations
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may:
- Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Impose reasonable rate limits on API or generation requests
We are not liable for any losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Istanbul courts and enforcement offices.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
