Overview

Breadth Edits provides an AI-powered promo video generation service operating on a credit-based, pay-per-video model. This policy explains how purchases, credits, and exceptional cases are handled.


1. No Refund Policy

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.

When you purchase a credit package, you explicitly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (video generation capacity). Under applicable consumer protection regulations — including the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation — the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose delivery has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost.

Before you buy: Every new account receives 100 free credits (2 full videos) with no credit card required. We encourage you to use your free credits to evaluate the quality and suitability of the Service before making any purchase.


2. Technical Failure Exception

While we do not offer refunds, we recognise that technical errors can occur. If credits are deducted from your account but no video is successfully delivered due to a platform-side failure, you may request a credit restoration.

To qualify:

  • The failure must be on our side (server error, generation pipeline failure, etc.)
  • You must contact us within 7 days of the failed generation
  • You must provide your account email and the approximate date/time of the failed attempt

Credit restorations are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are issued at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.


3. Free Credits

Free credits granted upon account registration:

  • Are non-refundable and have no cash value
  • Cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation
  • Expire 90 days after account creation if unused

4. Purchases Made in Error

If you believe you made a purchase in error (e.g., duplicate transaction), contact us immediately at contact@breadthedits.com. We will investigate and, where applicable, coordinate with our payment processor tiun to resolve the issue.


5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to reach out directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
