Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to the Breadth Edits web and mobile application (hereafter "Application") operated by DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (hereafter "Service Provider") as a commercial service. By using the Application, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
This application does not use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to process your personal data or derive insights about you. AI is used solely to generate the video content you explicitly request.
1. Information We Collect
The Application collects the following information automatically when you use it:
- Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Pages and features accessed within the Application, including date, time, and duration
- Total time spent within the Application
- Browser type and version, operating system
- Referring URLs
When you create an account or make a purchase, we also collect:
- Email address
- Username or display name
- Payment transaction identifiers (processed by tiun — we do not store card details)
- Prompt text submitted to generate videos
- Generated video files associated with your account
Third-party sign-in providers: If you sign in using Google, Apple, or GitHub, we receive only the basic profile data you authorise through that provider (typically your email address and display name). We do not receive or store your password for these providers. Each provider's own privacy policy governs their data handling:
This Application does not collect precise geolocation data from your device.
2. How We Use Your Information
The Service Provider uses collected information to:
- Operate and deliver the Application's core features
- Process credit purchases and track credit balances
- Send transactional emails (receipts, account notices)
- Send periodic marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)
- Improve Application performance and user experience
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Access
Only aggregated and anonymised data is shared with external services to help improve the Application. The Service Provider may share information with third parties in the following limited circumstances:
- When required by law (e.g., subpoena, court order, or government request)
- In good faith when necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety
- With trusted service providers who act solely on our behalf, are bound by this policy, and do not independently use the data

4. Data Retention
User-provided data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and operational purposes. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at contact@breadthedits.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.
5. Security
The Service Provider implements physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your information. Payment data is handled entirely by tiun and is never stored on our servers.
6. Children's Privacy
The Application is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately at contact@breadthedits.com.
To consent to data processing, you must be at least 16 years old (or have verifiable parental/guardian consent where your country requires it).
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Data portability
