Preliminary Information Form

Breadth Edits — DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Prepared in accordance with Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29188, 27 November 2014), issued under Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection. This form must be provided to the consumer before a distance contract is concluded.

2. Subject Matter of the Contract

This form provides preliminary information regarding the purchase of digital credit packages on the Breadth Edits platform. Credits are used to generate AI-powered promotional videos via the Service.

Users may register and access the platform using one of the following sign-in methods: Email & Password, Google account (OAuth 2.0), Apple ID (Sign in with Apple), or GitHub account (OAuth 2.0).

3. Products and Prices

The following digital credit packages are available for purchase:

• Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include all applicable taxes.
• The total price is shown to the Buyer before order confirmation.

Free Credit Entitlement

New accounts receive 100 free credits (2 promo videos) upon registration — no payment or credit card required. This is a one-time entitlement per account and has no monetary value.

4. Payment

Payment is collected at the time of purchase via tiun, a licensed payment services provider. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout. The Seller does not store credit card or banking details.

5. Delivery

This contract covers a digital product. Credits are delivered electronically and activated in the Buyer's account immediately upon successful payment. No physical delivery takes place.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal is not available for this purchase.

Digital content delivered on a non-physical medium (such as online credits) is exempt from the right of withdrawal once performance has commenced — provided the consumer has expressly consented in advance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing this purchase, the Buyer:

1. Expressly consents to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery
2. Acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon credit activation

Before you purchase: New accounts receive 100 free credits to test the Service at no cost and without providing a credit card.

7. No Refund

Because digital content delivery commences immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable. In the event of a platform-side technical failure resulting in no video being delivered, Buyers may request credit restoration within 7 days by contacting contact@breadthedits.com.

8. Complaint and Dispute Resolution

Buyers may submit complaints to:

• The Seller directly at contact@breadthedits.com
• Consumer Arbitration Committees, for disputes below the annual monetary threshold set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey
• Consumer Courts, for disputes above such threshold

This form and any resulting contract are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

9. Acknowledgement

By proceeding to payment on the Breadth Edits platform, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the information set out in this Preliminary Information Form, and consents to the conclusion of the Distance Sales Contract under the stated terms.
