Distance Sales Contract

Breadth Edits — DTOM Bilişim Ticaret Ltd. Şti.

Prepared in accordance with the Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29188, 27 November 2014).

Article 1 — Parties

1.1 Seller

1.2 Buyer

The natural or legal person who completes the purchase process on the Breadth Edits platform and whose account and billing information are registered in the system. The Buyer may register on the platform using one of the following methods:

• Email & Password
• Google account (OAuth 2.0)
• Apple ID (Sign in with Apple)
• GitHub account (OAuth 2.0)

Article 2 — Subject Matter

This contract governs the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale and delivery of digital credit packages offered on the Breadth Edits platform, in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The subject of the purchase is the digital credit package selected by the Buyer at the time of order, as detailed in Article 3.

Article 3 — Product and Price

Breadth Edits offers the following digital credit packages:

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and include any applicable taxes.
• The final price presented at checkout is the total amount charged.
• Payments are processed by tiun using industry-standard encryption.

Free Credit Entitlement

New accounts are entitled to 100 free credits (equivalent to 2 promo videos) upon registration, requiring no payment or credit card. This entitlement is granted once per account.

Article 4 — Delivery

The subject of this contract is a digital product (video generation credits). Delivery is executed electronically and instantly — credits are added to the Buyer's account immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical shipment occurs.

Article 5 — Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

"Contracts for the delivery of digital content provided on a non-physical medium, where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer's acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will thereby be lost."

By completing a purchase on Breadth Edits, the Buyer:

1. Expressly consents to the immediate commencement of digital content delivery (credit activation)
2. Acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal is forfeited upon successful payment and credit activation

Note: New users receive 100 free credits before any purchase is required, providing an opportunity to evaluate the Service at no cost.

Article 6 — No Refund

As stated in Article 5, all credit purchases are final and non-refundable once activated. In cases of technical failure resulting in no video being delivered, the Buyer may request credit restoration within 7 days by contacting contact@breadthedits.com. Credit restorations are granted at the discretion of the Seller.

Article 7 — Obligations of the Buyer

The Buyer agrees to:

• Provide accurate and complete account and billing information
• Use credits and generated content in compliance with the Terms of Service
• Refrain from sharing, reselling, or transferring credits to other accounts
• Not initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Seller

Article 8 — Obligations of the Seller

The Seller agrees to:

• Activate purchased credits immediately upon payment confirmation
• Maintain the platform and generation infrastructure with reasonable uptime
• Handle personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
• Respond to Buyer enquiries within a reasonable timeframe

Article 9 — Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Buyer may apply to:

• Consumer Arbitration Committees for disputes below the monetary threshold specified annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey
• Consumer Courts for disputes exceeding such threshold

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

Article 10 — Acceptance

This contract enters into force at the moment the Buyer completes the payment process on the Breadth Edits platform. Completion of the purchase constitutes the Buyer's full and unconditional acceptance of all terms herein.
